Have you ever tried dieting? How about doing it only for 13 days and expecting results? What is the shortest amount of time you took to lose weight in your life time? Basically this type of diet has to do with fastening your metabolism, that’s if you follow the plan correctly.
Anyway this page will be my diary for the next 13 days and hopefully I’ll be able to keep up with the stress of this diet plan and get the results I’m hoping for.
